His record of accomplishments includes brand building, the creation of scalable restaurant concepts, financial turnarounds, menu development, technology, implementations, restaurant design, marketing, human resource and labor optimization. He is proficient in menu innovation, vendor management, risk analysis, convergent thinking, negotiation, operations assessments to strategic planning and management development.
